Analysis on Motivation Coordination during Game Process of Teacher Recruitment in Higher Learning Institutions

This paper makes an analysis on salience property of equilibrium under the motivation coordination of decision makers during collective recruitment of the teachers under current management mode of higher learning institutions. Aiming at the inefficiency and decision fault of present teacher recruitment work in higher learning institutions because of ambiguous stipulations of the recruitment standard, and the decision makers making decision from coordination condition in favor of their self-interests under push of individual objective, this paper introduces the coordination function of the matching game. The core of the paper analyses the motivation coordination conditions under different objective orientations from human nature assumption, their interferences on the decision making of the recruitment, and puts forward the improvement approaches of motivation coordination.
