Analysis on the Dynamic Wholesale Price Contract Based on the Model of VMI

摘要：

With intensifying competition, members of supply chain need closer cooperation. VMI, which is one of the way improving supply chain cooperation , is emphasized. However , the efficiency in supply chain cannot be improved dramatically by VMI used solely. In this paper, analysizing the impact of the dynamic wholesale price contract to the inventory decision-making among the members of supply chain, educes the mechanism carrying into effect and proves that the use of this contract is able to improve supply chain efficiency.Key Word: Supply Chain Management; VMI; Dynamic Wholesale Price Contract
