The Preliminary Discussion of enhancing Management Innovation of State-owned Coal Mining Enterprises

摘要：

Combined with coal mining practice this paper introduces and discusses management innovation in coal mining enterprises from the angle of idea, strategy, administration, safety management, human resources and culture. Author points out that normalized management can effectively improve the capacity of enterprises in competition and innovation and develop the enterprise better and faster.
