Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for the Knowledge Transfer of Research Outcomes by University-Based Specialized Companies

摘要：

Logical evaluation of the knowledge transfer of research outcomes is useful to promote social productivity. Based on the structure of research outcomes by university-based specialized companies, an index system with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established in this paper. According to the membership function theory of fuzzy mathematics, the performance of knowledge transfer of research outcomes by university-based specialized companies was then evaluated. Finally, this method was illustrated its better applicability through an empirical example.
