Thinking on Universitys Tacit Knowledge Management and Strategies

摘要：

As a kind of special study organization, universities have plenty of tacit knowledge resources. How to manage tacit knowledge in the E-environment, it has already been urgent to be solved. This paper has analyzed the characteristic and value of tacit knowledge in the view of information, and put forward ones own suggestion on effective management of universitys taci-t knowledge.
