Research on Human Behavior Closed-cycle Controlling Method in Coal Mine Corporation
The paper sets forth human behavior closed-cycle controlling method and analyses the significance of human factor for safety production in coal mine according to the practices of safety management. It investigates the causation of human unsafe behavior and contributes to establish the behavior controlling model via the processes of controlling beforehand, controlling during production, and controlling afterwards, which acts as a close-cycle system through positive feedback mechanism. The method is beneficial to eliminate hidden troubles in coal mine production as well as nail down the responsibilities of safety management by improving the comprehensive management of human. And also, it can sufficiently motivate personnels enthusiasm and efficiently raise the overall quality of staff, so it plays an essential important role in smoothing safety production.
