Study on the Assessment and Application of the Urban Technology Innovation Output Capability
The urban technology innovation capability is the core of the urban innovation capability. It means that such a capability endlessly brings knowledge, technology, information etc. into social production process during the urban innovation. For the urban, the technology innovation output capability is a comprehensive reflection of the urban knowledge and the technology development achievement. The level of technology innovation output capability directly influences the urban technology level. The uncertainty of the urban technology innovation output capability can be described with satisfactory degree of alternative. Finally, a numerical example is also given to show the rationality and effectiveness.
