The Integrated Application and Effect Evaluation of Six Sigma and BPR In Service Enterprise----take a large-scale hospital as an example
Six Sigma and BPR are two different process improving methods, and each has its own advantages, disadvantages and limitation. Process reengineering mainly makes use of the best management practice to improve enterprise quickly, which is a method discarding the old and adopting the new, while Six Sigma emphasizes more on continuous improvement and all-around participation. This article uses process priority square formation method, ASME process analysis method, five-element analysis method, IT etc. to reengineer and evaluate a certain large-sized hospitals outpatient hospitalizing process, it is based on DMAIC model which solves management problems through Six Sigma and to improve service quality for our countrys service enterprises.
