Analysis of the Core Competencies of Rebecca

摘要：

In intensified competition, core competencies are essential for an enterprise. To survive, retain its competitive advantages and develop in a sustainable way, an enterprise must possess and constantly develop its core competencies. This paper, based on the contents, characteristics, and nurturing channels of core competencies, analyzes in details the core competencies of Henan Rebecca Hair Products Inc, the bellwether in hair products industry of China, with a view to offering references in terms of the nurturing of core competencies to other enterprises of hair products in China.
