IE Practice and Training Based on Zero Experience

摘要：

Lacking experience of other vocations, some IE professionals may feel at loss while dealing with IE management. This paper builds a learning mode start from the diagnosis and investigation of the enterprise to simulate the real scene through the promotion of exercise based on the process and project management to provide practical training paradigm to management application for cross-sector industrial project to revert the industrial engineerings characteristics of looking at issues in a third parity.
