Research on the Application of Uncertain AHP in Electric Power Optical Cable Line Reliability Assessment
In order to solve uncertainty of indexes and vague of experts judgment, a new method that combines uncertain analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive assessment technology is introduced to reliability assessment of electric power optical cable line. The assessment model of electric power optical cable line and index system are developed at first, then according to interval judgment matrix determined by many experts, the optimized weight values are made by using the group judgment and collected value statistic and center of gravity decision method, and then the comment scores are fuzzed through membership function of fuzzy theory and fuzzy matrix is constructed. Finally we will gain the reliability evaluating result by adopting fuzzy comprehensive assessment technology. An instance is given to prove the feasibility and accuracy of using the method in electric power optical cable line reliability assessment.
