A Study on College Course Arrangement Model under Guidance of Lean Thinking
Elective course is the core of credit system, and arranging schedule is the key to achieve free classes. This paper proposes the lean course arrangement model of university under the guidance of lean production thinking. First, this paper analyses the relevance of college courses, then points that the vast majorities are only one type. Second, this paper analyses the characteristics of the student classes, and point that students generally do not repeat it at grade classes. Finally, the curriculum division proposes a ?°Same group different time, same class different heads of course arrangement model, the basic idea is not at the same time arranging schedule ranked by the same group courses, but ranked by different group of courses. This model effectively solves the time conflict in the election courses, and it can greatly improve the rate of success classes.
