Research on Multi-Agent-based MES Structure of Discrete Manufacturing Industry

摘要：

Aimed at Discrete Manufacturing Industrys characteristics, the function modules of its Manufacturing Execution System (MES) are classified, and corresponding Agent modules are built. A Multi-Agent-based MES structure of Discrete Manufacturing Industry is proposed. Moreover, researches are made on the circulating mechanism of each agent and the communication among Multi-Agents. Especially Strategy Agent is constructed to cooperate with Schedule Agent so as to realize logical and real-time scheduling. Such structure is made for managing and controlling the Discrete Manufacturing Industry MES (DMI-MES), and has integration, expansibility and reconfigurability.
