The Multi-dimensional Measurement of Project Risks
In retrospect of the traditional measurement methods of project risks, the thesis discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the probability method and fuzzy logical method, puts forward the multi-dimensional standardized measurement method, which describes the project risks entirely from five aspects as risk probability, risk loss, inscrutability, unmanageability and information asymmetries. Then the thesis quantifies every dimensionality of risk with fuzzy set theory and expert scoring method, in succession it evaluates the overall risk status of the entire project and makes a decision according to the risk acceptance principle. At the end, the thesis presents an application case study, in which the result proves that multi-dimensional measurement method of project risks can show the real appearance of project risks in a more specific way and it is advantageous for us to get more information and grasp the rules of project risks.
