The Customer Satisfaction to the Service and Food in McDonalds in China?a?aBased on SERVQUAL Model

Using SERVQUAL to analyze the customer satisfaction to the service and food in McDonalds in China. Through the research, the real situation of customer satisfaction to the service and food in McDonald will be illustrated. Through the findings, the advantages and problems in McDonalds will be described. The primary objective of this research is to provide an independent assessment of customer satisfaction in Chinese customer base. This could then be used as a basis for identifying key areas in which McDonalds should be improved in the future.
