Evaluation Index System of Corporate Social Responsibility:an Analytic-Hierarchy-Process-Based Study
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been paid more and more attention in economic globalization. CSR not only has become the focus of academe caring but also gets application in practice. Reinforcing CSR is the need to compete and participate in the international market, and to improve the competence and developing quality. This paper gives a thorough study on CSR based on absorbing and drawing lessons from evaluation index system of domestic and international research. It first analyzes the theory concerning CSR such as stakeholder theory and defines the scope of CSR evaluation. Then it analyzes the necessity and contents which lays foundation for the CSR evaluation index system. At last, this paper designs a corporate social responsibility evaluation index system model and puts forward a solution for enhancing CSR. Through this research, we expect to carry on quest in the theories and devote to building up a set of corporate social responsibility evaluation index system that has operational foundation. This evaluation index system can be of beneficial help for the corporate development.
