Research on Service Supply Chain in the Perspective of Professional Services Outsourcing
With the increasing demand of professional service, producer services have become increasingly important in the Chain economy. The research of supply chain especially formed in the process of professional services outsourcing is gaining more and more attention. However, there has been little research to date on service supply chain. In this paper, firstly with the literature review of service supply chain, we conclude three views of service supply chain, and then we give the definition of service supply chain based upon the perspective of professional services outsourcing. By the investigation and questionnaire of enterprises, we propose a professional service supply chain model, analyzes the traits of the professional service supply chain.
