Research on the Technology Innovation Strategic Choice of Henan Province in the Course of New Industrialization

摘要：

According to the theory of Hoffman and Development Economics, this paper proves that Henan Province is now in the latter part of the first phase of industrialization, and that it is about to enter the second phase, and indicates that it should base on technology introduction, gradually transit to imitated innovation, and eventually realize independent innovation of technology innovation strategy. Different strategies for technology innovation are also discussed in this paper.
