Analysis on Building Economy in Central China
In recent years, the developed cities have emerged in building economy, which has great significance to promote the development of cities and the change of urban growth. With the national strategy of rise of central China, Henan has put forward a goal of rise of central plains. And the realization of this goal cannot be separated from restructure and development of urban economic, so we need to utilize the ideas and methods of building economy. However, relevant data about building economy and quantitative analysis is lack, so this article will apply multivariate analysis to building economy. After constructing analysis data of building economy, the analysis model of building economy is studied and the model will be applied to specific analysis. Finally, valuable conclusions of developing building economy in underdeveloped regions of central plains are put forward and the evaluation function on building economy development is established. It will provide a basis for building economy development, appraisal work effect and further study.
