In this paper, the concept of modern service industry is defined firstly. Furthermore, the strategy meanings about speeding up the development of Henan modern service industry are pointed out. The issues are discussed in the course of the development of Henan modern service industry. The development direction and advice are analyzed about speeding up the development of Henan modern service industry.
