The Innovation Research on Community Management Model Based on Theory of Virtual Organization
(0) The urbanization process brings a huge challenge for the city community management. Through the analysis of domestic community management model, this paper proposes the community resources plan based on the theory of virtual organization, and constructs the community virtual organization model and the information sharing model, which has realized the community residents autonomous and communitys integrated management through meta-synthesis community related resources. Based on the project management theory, this paper also constructs the new city community management model through the research of community resources plan. It can change the plots decentralized management into communitys integrated management and effectively solve some problems of the community management system.
