The Research on Electronic Purchasing of Construction Enterprises Base on Electronic Commerce

摘要：

Electronic purchasing can control the purchasing behavior of construction enterprises and enhance the controllability of purchasing cost. This paper compares characters of three purchasing models and provides selective standards for construction enterprises when choosing proper purchasing models. Then this paper takes Guangxi No.5 construction engineering limited liability enterprise as example, and illustrates the rational choice of purchasing mode aiming at their own characters and describes the architecture of electronic purchasing platform which bases on buy-side model, operation electronic purchasing and setting the future plan.
