Capacity Evaluation of the Industrial Technology Innovation in Qinghai Province with TOPSIS Method
To reduce the impact of subjective factors on evaluating the capacity of industrial technology innovation, the author analyzed and evaluated the capacity of the industrial technology innovation in Qinghai Province from 2002 to 2006 with TOPSIS method , and drew conclusions as follows: 1) it was important and necessary to promote the industrial technology innovation in Qinghai; 2) the industrial absorption capacity and dispersal capacity was the key to improve the innovation efficiency; and 3) only by converting the resources-typed economic development model based on industrial technology innovation, reforming the traditional industries by means of high technology and filling the blanks in key industries can Qinghai adjust and optimize its industrial structure.
