Service Innovation Based on Knowledge Transfer and Supply Chain

Over the past decade, research on services science and innovation caught more and more attention due to the rapid growth in service industry. However, the researches only have concentrated on designing to add value through maintaining end product leadership. On the other hand, the support, development and delivery of services are the real lifeblood of economy. This paper provides a brief overview of services science and innovation, arguing that sustainable growth is based on identifying, supporting and nurturing meaningful service exchanges that discover, develop and embody value added knowledge transfer with in and cross industry.
