A Study of Service Innovation on the Tourism Sites

The paper firstly reviews the contents of service innovation and the model of service innovation. Secondly, based on the customer knowledge theory and service innovation theory, it designs the tourism sites service innovation model from the four-dimensioned model with regard to new service concept, client interface, new service transfer system and skill. At last, the paper explains in details the model of tourism sites service innovation.
