The Reserch on Knowledge Transfer in the Integrating Process of ERP, CRM and SCM

After discussing the necessity and contents of knowledge transfer in the integrating process of ERP, CRM and SCM, the author analyzes the difficulties in knowledge transfer and gives the countermeasures, then proposes a knowledge transfer model based on the integrating process of ERP, CRM and SCM.
