Analysis of Cooperative Game on Benefit Distribution of Knowledge Cooperation Team
Nowadays, knowledge cooperation has become one of the most important strategies in the development of enterprises, and its key point is to establish effective knowledge cooperation team. The equity of benefit distribution among cooperation team members directly influences the stability of the partnerships and the efficiency of the team. The essay focuses on the Shapley value in cooperative game to solve the problem of benefit distribution among members of knowledge cooperation team. Based on the analysis that the technical risks are variable with the partners provided different knowledge, the paper presents a kind of revised algorithm about Shapley value to enable benefit distribution among cooperation team members more reasonably.
