Research on Knowledge Work Efficiency under Dynamic Network Environment
Based on the analysis of dynamic net environment, the issue of knowledge work efficiency under dynamic net environment is put forward in the present paper. The notion and the main characteristics of knowledge work efficiency are elucidated. Influential factors on individual knowledge work efficiency are classified into four types, i.e. human-related factors, job-related, management and physical environment factors. In contrast, organization structure of group, psychological characteristics of groups and the group relationship play a decisive influential role for group knowledge work efficiency. Finally, by combining the results of the former research with the characteristics of the knowledge work efficiency, which are established in this paper, the frame of evaluation indexes system for knowledge work efficiency under dynamic net environment has been put forward.
