Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making Model Based on Fuzzy Triangle Number

It is necessary that we evaluate various aspects factors of multi-policy-maker, multi-objective, multi-layer in the process of multi-attribute group decision-making, which is a typical complex optimal decision-making process. Aiming at complexity, fuzziness and knew limitation of water resources system multi-attribute decision making, using for reference triangle fuzzy number computation mentality, a multi-attribute group decision making model based on General Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging (GIOWA) is proposed. Through applied in the water saving irrigation engineering project group decision-making, indicates that it may solve effectively multi-attribute decision making question presented by linguistic form, simultaneously, simple computation, clear mentality and satisfying outcomes.
