The Development of Knowledge Management System Based on Enterprise Resource Planning System Platform

摘要：

Under the knowledge economical society environment, knowledge becomes strategic resource of an enterprise which keeps sustainable development and competitive superiority. As the core of enterprise information construction, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system can provide a platform, which helps for the staff to learn and create knowledge and for enterprise to implement knowledge management. This paper, firstly analyzes the urgency and feasibility of integrating knowledge management into ERP system. Secondly, it puts forward system architecture and basic outline of knowledge management based on ERP system, and then introduces modules in basic outline contains in details. Finally, it explores some possible difficulties and sets strategy accordingly in the implementation of knowledge management.
