Application of Knowledge Management System in Construction Corporations

摘要：

As economic globalization accelerates the competition in construction industry, construction corporations are facing the challenges they have never met. The purpose of knowledge management is to visualize the corporations knowledge and share it. So, there is a great practical meaning to introduce the knowledge management system for construction corporations. The paper starts with the necessity of introducing knowledge management to construction corporations, and makes a preliminary design for the knowledge management system by applying the knowledge management theory. On the basis of this design, corresponding methods of constructing knowledge management system from developing knowledge base, knowledge map, knowledge management team and relevant soft environment are proposed.
