Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction in Finance service

Based on the decision on the meaning, characteristics of the customer satisfaction of financial enterprises, this paper has analyzed its decision elements, built its decision model, put forward the principle of evaluation, assumed the evaluation index system, investigated the feasibility of carrying through fuzzy synthesis evaluation, established the mathematics models for fuzzy synthesis evaluating the customer satisfaction of financial enterprises, evaluated financial service in a city, and provided demonstration. And then, this article discussed the fuzzy mathematics concrete application in the financial service customer satisfaction evaluation, and has established the appraisal financial service customer satisfaction fuzzy synthesis judgment indicator system and the mathematical model, which is one kind of beneficial exploration to appraise the financial service quality.
