Researching on the Theoretical Basis of Financial Integration after Merger and Acquisition of Enterprise

In this article, the author first analyzes the necessity of the financial integration in Merger and Acquisition of enterprises. After Merge and Acquisition of enterprises, financial integration is very important. It is the key factor of the success for the Merger and Acquisition of enterprises. It can achieve synergy effectiveness of finance. It is the basis to effectively implement enterprise strategies. It is the guarantee to effectively allocate resources. Then the paper analyzes the theoretical basis of financial integration from three aspects: the theory of system, the theory of complexity science management and the theory of synergy.
