Study on the Problems of the Financing Difficulties of Small and Medium Private Enterprises
The financing difficulties are always the main obstacle to the development of small and medium private enterprises. Whether this problem could be solved not only has something to do with the growth of small and medium private enterprises, but also influences the future development of our whole national economy. Firstly, the paper points out that due to the small scale, insufficient capital and unfavorable environment of raising funds, small and medium private enterprises are lack of funds financed from interior. So, they mainly depend on the exterior funds. But owing to the limitation of scale, information revealing, government intervention, the channels of financing from exterior are hindered, which lead to the financing problem of small and medium private enterprises. Then, the paper analyzes the characteristics and roots of the financing difficulties of small and medium private enterprises, which mainly lie in that the drawbacks in the existing financial system prevent small and medium private enterprises from obtaining capital through normal channels. Finally, the paper puts forward some notions on promoting the reforms in the finance system to solve the financing difficulties of private enterprises and establishing a financial service system for small and medium private enterprises.
