The Strategy Analysis of Enhancing the Competitiveness of Chinese Coal Industry

Based on the background that Chinese coal industry is becoming unprecedentedly competitive over the last 10 years, many companies today are turning to exact analysis of the problems which have greatly influenced the competitiveness of Chinese coal industry. The proper strategies used in constantly making profits, supply and demand conditions, severe competitions and resultant great improvement of techniques along the total processes and incentives from local governments are the most significant aspects that can have a tremendous impact on the way how Chinese coal industry develops. The paper emphasizes that without a complete understanding of continuous problem-solving process that is used on a daily basis and how important the analysis of marketing competition is going to be, Chinese coal companies will not be able to successfully establish its unique core value and competitiveness. Therefore, assisting coal companies in further increasing its competitiveness is essential for the development of Chinese coal industry.
