Design of Business Service Information System for Manufacturing Firms based on Green Manufacturing

摘要：

A kind of business service information system is designed for a customer service department of a manufacturing firm by using idea of green manufacturing. The system structure is constructed according the consultation of the managers in different department especially customer service department. The system elements, module relation analyses, data structure design and software design method are also introduced. This work may have significant meaning for firms which are willing to develop green manufacturing.
