The Establishment and Analysis of Green Manufacturing System
In todays world, the manufacturing sector has become a pillar industry that creates wealth. However, in the manufacturing process, during which the resources are transformed into products, the manufacturing sector consumes lots of resources and makes serious environmental pollution. How to make manufacturers reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution as much as possible is the major issue that the manufacturing industry faces in the 21st century. Green Manufacturing may solve this problem. This paper mainly discusses the content system and construction of Green Manufacturing. Three areas which support Green Manufacturing are overall technology, topic technology and support technology. The overall technology is the theoretical basis for Green Manufacturing; green design and process planning technology is the core of implementing Green Manufacturing; modern management model and the establishment of effective Green Manufacturing information is the guarantee for perfecting Green Manufacturing. Green Manufacturing system is the combination of content, objectives and process, and the control of two processes is the prerequisite of achieving Green Manufacturing. The ultimate goal is that enterprises make full use of limited resources, reduce pollution and protect environment, and realize the coordinated development with ecological environment. So Green Manufacturing will certainly become the future development mode of modern manufacturing sector.
