Management and Innovation of Railway Refrigerated Transportation in Cold Chain Logistics
With the emergence of all kinds of transport ways, the railway refrigerated transportation faces unprecedented challenge. Based on investigating, statistic and analyzing, the domestic overview of railway refrigerated transportation was introduced. The situation of railway refrigerated transportation in our country was hold, such as the structure and distribution of refrigerated transportation unit, the management index about average transportation distance, average velocity, empty rate, etc. Under the difficult condition, the present difficulty and foreground of railway refrigerated transportation were analyzed. First, the marketing strategy of railway refrigerated transportation should be innovated from single transportation trader to provider involving all steps of the cold chain logistics. Second, the old refrigerated transportation car should be replaced by new refrigerated transportation equipment step by step. It points out that through strengthening important step in the marketing strategy and refrigerated transportation unit, the railway refrigerated transportation could be developed effectively and steadily.
