Research on the Dynamic Relationship between Economic Growth and Sci- tech Input in China

In this paper, there is an empirical analysis on the dynamic relationship between economic growth and sci-tech input in China with a dynamic econometric analysis method based on VAR model. The research result shows that there is a stable long-term equilibrium relationship between the financial input to sci-tech and economic growth; and there exists two-way causality. The sci-tech input has a strong pulling function to the economic growth, meanwhile, the economic growth improves the increase of science and technology input.
