The New Rural Housing Construction Based on Circular Economy

摘要：

Circular economy is an effective mode to develop a sustainable social economy. New rural housing construction based on circular economy adopts scientific building design and technical methods. It can reduce consumption of resources and energy as well as production of wastes and damages to environment, aiming at providing health and comfortable living environment. Based on the problems analysis of rural housing construction, it analyzes scientific concept of new rural housing construction. At last, several countermeasures of socialism new rural housing construction are proposed from various aspects of improving cognition, scientific planning, environment improvement, conserving energy of housing, promoting technical, land management, specify government duties, and widening investing channel.
