Evaluation Model of Supply Chain Risk Management

This paper review enterprise risk management practices in the context of supply chain. Starting with the importance of managing supply chain risks. Risks from a supply chain are more difficult to manage. They can be difficult to identify, and their complex interactions with business processes makes them difficult to characterize. Managers often have to be satisfied with qualitative assessments based on little more than intuition. There are fewer well-defined tools and techniques for supply chain risk management. Risks can arise virtually anywhere in an enterprises supply chain. They affect and are affected by-all of a firms business processes. Successful risk management can play a critical role in improving business performance from the moment a new product is conceived until its end of life. In this paper, author studied risk evaluation index system. This paper reviewed the management in the context of enterprise risk supply chains. It is evident that the method of risk evaluation is useful and reliable by the usage of fuzzy mathematics and grey theory. It utilizes the classic method to the optimum degree and makes up its disadvantage. it can be used in the field of risk evaluation of the project implement and deal with other fuzzy evaluation that includes grey information.
