Analysis of Kanban Supply Chain Systems

摘要：

In order to better compete in different markets, as a new production strategy, kanban systems have been demonstrated that it is a simple and effective method for implementing JIT philosophy by many companies. Especially, it has been applied by a number of companies to improve system management, enhance product and process quality, and reduce operating and inventory costs. In this paper, we study the supply chain systems and supply chain network structures; then we developed kanban systems.A kanban system can be either dual-card or single-card; Finally, we also provide Mathematical models of supply chain systems and Mathematical models of kanban systems.
