Evaluation on Supply Chain Responsibility: A Method Based on AHP & FCE

As more and more companies commit to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies, there is increasing pressure to consider social impacts throughout the supply chain. Supply Chain Responsibility (SCR) has become an important element of CSR. The paper aims to develop the evaluation method for the companies to improve their supply chain management and environmental performance. The paper first link the advantage of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE), then indicators are derived and applied to set up AHP-Fuzzy model. Finally, the model is applied to a case study to demonstrate the proposed evaluation method.
