Research of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Indices,Monitoring and Evaluation System of the Tertiary Industry
In the process of urbanization, the tertiary industrys proportion of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions have increased year by year, and its energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions have increased every year, so how to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction of the tertiary industry has become a hot research. This paper makes a statistic and analysis of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of the typical industry, meanwhile based on this, it further puts forward the measure indices, monitoring and evaluation methods suitable for energy conservation and emission reduction of the tertiary industry, and ultimately builds the operation mechanism, policy framework and support system of the measure indices, monitoring and evaluation system for energy conservation and emission reduction of the tertiary industry, which is of great practical significance to achieve the targets of energy conservation and emission reduction of the tertiary industry.
