Choice of Development Route for Chinese Logistics Industry under Super-ministerial System
The super Ministry of Transportation was officially founded in China in March, 2008, which will certainly provide strong motive force for constructing Chinas comprehensive transportation system in respect of the macro policy administration. In recent years, driven by market, Chinese logistics industry has entered a new period when further guiding of policy and scientific planning are very necessary. Undoubtedly, the establishment of comprehensive transportation system will set up a bigger platform for the development of logistics under the big-departmental system. Through the joint action of market hand and policy hand, the choice of development route of Chinese logistics industry becomes possible and inevitable. Under this new background, combining modern logistics theory with Chinas reality, this paper put forward the following viewpoints: firstly Chinas logistics policy paths, including constructing comprehensive transportation system, perfecting logistics legal system and creating a preferable service environment; secondly the logistics operational path, including developing multimode transport, reducing logistics cost and improving logistics efficiency and benefit; Thirdly the logistics market path, including exerting market function so as to make the logistics enterprises cooperate, compete, ordered and win together; Fourthly the logistics innovative path, including positioning innovative development goal according to the global logistics development trend, participating in the exploitation and application of global logistics innovation technology so that make logistics industry be the persistent motive force for economic growth.
