The Research of Information Risk Prevention of Supply Chain
This paper discusses the adverse consequences caused by information risk of supply chain, such as signal expansion, imbalanced market order and so on. Then some preventive strategies are established based on technical and motivational levels respectively. Through sharing the valuable information provided by the third-party corporation of information service, all members of the supply chain can minimize the disadvantageous results caused by the bullwhip effect; in addition, the counter measures of the moral degeneration of supply chains are discussed through a quantitative analysis in Repetitive gaming.
