Analysis of the Synergy Strategy of Logistics Network

摘要：

The synergy strategy has a sound impact on logistics network. The article aims to analyze such impact from the perspective of organization theory. Firstly, the multipoint competitive situation of logistics industrial market is assessed according to Michael Porters Five Forces of Competitive Position Model.Theoretical studies of organization and thermal dynamics point out that it is necessary for the logistics network to adopt synergy strategy. Then we state the patterns of synergy strategy and expound how to implement such patterns. In the end, a new formula to measure the network synergic effect and new solutions to deal with the risks of network synergy strategy are proposed.
