The Application of DEA Method in Choosing Supplier

摘要：

Company values its suppliers by the items of some management systems as ISO9001. But these systems do not always fit for all companies. The valuing conclusions are not credible and comprehensive. The paper discuses the main factors that impact selecting vendor from procurement cost,quality, delivery and market share and uses the method DEA to value suppliers by all around. This waycan be used practically in choosing suppliers.
