Research on the Quotation Model of Logistics Enterprise Based on Competitive Orientation
The scientific and reasonable method of fixing and quoting a price is the key that can make logistics corporation success in the intense market competition. Now there are mainly methods to quote a price, such as cost fixing a price and demand fixing a price, the former bases on corporate own cost data exceedingly and does not consider customer demand and market situation, the latter lacks of manipulation possibility because of the discrepancy of customer and the difficulty of getting concerned data. So, this article puts forward logistics quotation model based on competitive guide: firstly, the article establishes the unit logistics cost model and takes it as quotation base number; secondly, based on corporate strategy, by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, through analyzing market competitive degree, competitive opponent condition, customer demand, goods bearable ability to price such factors can not be accurately quantified, he modifying coefficient is determined. Then, according to quotation base number and modifying coefficient, logistics enterprises final quotation can be identified. Finally, this article gives a case applying the model and the results shows that the model fully absorbs all the advantage of the existing methods and achieving a quantitative and qualitative organic integration of technology.
