Study on Supply Chain and Its Risk Control in Chinese Nuclear Power Plant

摘要：

The supply chain for nuclear power plant (NPP) which based on nuclear fuel and equipment is the basic guarantee to the continuous operation of a NPP. Because of long life cycle and extended operational time of NPP, many problems such as bankruptcy of supplier, price locking and upgrading of equipment, have created a wide range of risks. A comprehensive set of supply chain risk management approaches must be established for NPPs with objective of identifying, analyzing,defining and mitigate the supply chain risks to ensure attaining a goal of high efficiency, safety and continuity of NPP operation.
